We are going to be in a college lecture hall that can seat 120. We have an adjacent room of equal size that may be set up to accommodate an overflow crowd to view the event on-screen. We will be exploring the possibility of streaming this event, too, but that has not been confirmed.
Those who attended last year's event in the theater will note that this is a smaller, more intimate venue. Because of this, there will be less of an effort to invite the entire world, and more focus on writers, journalists, teachers and multimedia producers. We will be asking for preregistration so we have a handle on the crowd.
